Met, none, been in the same room with and did not realize it or greet them as such, one.
Dozens. Cleveland has a fairly decent amount of moderaters, SDSAB’s and posters. I’ve hosted several dopefests and once I haf 2 moderaters spend the night! And there is a poster in Ireland who flies out here and we get to win trivia nights.
I now have several people that I’ve come to consider as good friends.
Probably about 20 for me, too. We also like to meet up with Dopers on our travels, and so far they have all been awesome!

Zero, though apparently madmonk28 lives just a couple blocks over from the house I own in DC, so it’s possible we’ve unknowingly crossed paths (though I don’t spend much time at that house anymore).
I met my first last year! i was selling my jewelry at an art festival, and this lovely woman walks into my booth and asks, “Are you freckafree? I’m Garden Traveler!!” I was sooooo excited!
Ahem. 
A handful. I don’t recall the exact number but I think it was half a dozen or less. I think one of them was Twickster and she gave me some puzzle books. She can correct me on that if I’m remembering wrong.
I’ve met so many I’ve lost count. I’m friends off-board with maybe a dozen or so through Facebook, though.
That’s cool. I think the only one I’ve met not at a dopefest was Motor Girl, who went out of her way to get me some gourmet hot dogs. And she didn’t even want money for them! (I insisted, of course.)

If my count is right I’ve met a dozen. Several in Ohio, several in Dublin.
On a technical level I’ve met two.
There is a long time, consistent member here I’ve met on several occasions. Then there is a member here with like less than ten posts, that has at least one parent here that is a consistent poster.
I just got a virtual dope slap (or is that a Doper slap?) from Sticks and Scones, who pointed out to me that we have met IRL, although when I met her, I didn’t know she was a Doper! Another art show meet-up, although we were both selling at that show.
