To answer the question, I’ve met probably 12-20 Dopers over the years of playing Doper Pub Trivia in Seattle. Some dear friends among 'em nowadays.
My ex-roommate once posted a few comments in a thread on rats that I had shown her.
Other than that, no.
Quite a few, I’d guess around 15-20.
Cisco, GIGObuster, dalej42, and ColdFire, just to name a couple.

At least 50, mostly at New York and Chicago Dopefests. Plus, I married one.
I’ve met KneadToKnow, melodyharmonius, Brown Eyed Girl, missmossie, and Southern Yankee.
Southern Yankee lives up the road from me, and our kids are in the same grade at the same school. He also works with my wife.
I think he’s stalking me.
Dozens. Beyond three or four Dopefests, I’ve lived with a few Dopers, worked for another, and was the best man in a marriage where all three of us knew each other through the board.
I was also good friends with another one for a number of years, but we’ve not talked for a while.
Not counting a couple of people I knew before they became Dopers, this is pretty much the same list for me, as well*, seeing as we all met more or less at the same time**.
Too long ago, might I add. We need to get something together after this brutal winter has loosened its grip on the Carolinas.

** Not counting melodyharmonius, of course, who I knew before she became a Doper. That’s right: like it or not, you all have me to thank for the Ron Thread existing.
I’m going to say around 100.
I’ve been to Dopefests in Kansas City, Topeka, Chicago, Washington DC and NYC and I’ve stayed at the houses of Dopers in Oklahoma, Texas, Boston, Michigan. Possibly more.
Strangely, I don’t think I’ve seen another Doper in real life in at least 5 years.
Well, short of my wife, but she’s got like 3 posts so that barely counts.

I’ve met 4 or 5 that I know of; most at a Dopefest a few years ago, and one is my neighbor (who I met on the Dope first). I need to organize another Central Indiana Dopefest…
Heh. I’ve met both freckafree and Sticks and Scones. Have also met several in travels to Chicago, Michigan and Washington D.C. (The Washington trip included meeting the Amish Santa referenced above; although he wasn’t in costume at the time.) Also, attended some camping events that Rue DeDay used to host. I’ve lost count, but probably 20ish.
I don’t specifically recall that, but since I used to work at the puzzle factor I may well have. I do know that we’ve met, and I think it’s been more than once.

I found a co-author for my book on this board and spent four days with her IRL working out much of the wording of it.

This thread got me thinking - is it just me, or has the Dopefest phenomenon all but died out? I can’t remember the last time I saw a Dopefest thread.
