We got 18. Ten of those were from the cul de sac that we live on. I don’ t know why we got so few.

I’m in college, and we got one trick-or-treater… kinda. We hadn’t bought any candy because we weren’t expecting any, so… we just pretended we weren’t home. hangs head in shame.
We did consider giving them our sprouting potatoes though, so you can’t say we’re completely heartless… ok, I guess you can say we’re completely heartless.
One group of 4. I live in a residential neighborhood that has seen the number of kids on the street on Halloween dwindle rapidly over the past few years. I don’t know if it’s due to demographics or changing opinion about safety or whatever, but in any case it’s depressing. This was the first year I ever went out of my way to make the house look nice for them, too. I mean my particular street was never the most popular in town, but we always got at least 20-30 over the course of the night.
Where I live, I got about 26. But it was about 12 degrees Fahrenheit so that kept the number down.
I’ve got a lot of candy left over.
I live on a dead end street with only two houses on one side and the other empty. I’d never had a single trick or treater, and it was my wife’s first Halloween in the states, so we went to the world’s greatest Halloween party instead (Knott’s Scary Farm).
We had 7, so depressing. I was cold though, about 13-14 degrees. When I was a kid everyone trick or treated and every one gave out candy. We always used to run out of candy. Nowadays I hesitate to even buy it as the last 7 years we’ve had fewer than 50 total.
