So I haven't been hanging around here much lately...

…a fact which almost certainly went unnoticed. So, now you know. Anyway, I’m incredibly happy and apparently (at least in my case), personal happiness cuts down on internet time. This isn’t just a small episode of happiness either. This will likely last a long time. And so I’m saying farewell to my friends here and in chat. Why, you may ask? Well, part of the reason for my newly discovered happiness is my full time job. Up until today (and I might be around a bit tomorrow) I had given up posting except on my days off to make room for sleep. There are several other contributing factors, which will take away my free time (and I am definitely not complaining here), so my days off are no longer open for posting. (Maybe occasionally, but I doubt it.) This is absolute bliss. I’d gone so long without it, I’d almost forgotten how truly great happiness can be.

Anyway, thank you all for a great… Uhh, how many months have I been here? You were all such wonderful friends to me and I had a lot of fun here. Peace, love, and multiple orgasms. :wink: Have fun!

Awwww Silver Fire, we’re gonna miss you! I did notice that you haven’t been posting much and I’d hoped it wasn’t because something was wrong. I’m thrilled to know that it’s the opposite. Shayna, that’s actually kind of why I started this thread. I thought that if someone did notice my freakishly (for me anyway) infrequent posting, they’d likely think that something was wrong. This won’t be forever, and I’m not even really leaving. I’m just going to be posting a whole lot less. Like I said, once a month or so.

Odie, you are hardly boring. I find you to be interesting and funny, and bright and incredibly sensitive to the feelings of those around you. You are definitely not boring. :slight_smile:

…well, okay…if I had to choose between your happiness and my selfishly wanting to hang out with you on these boards, there’s no question.
Silver (may I call you Sarah?), early this year, there was a thread I started regarding the events of last year…I recall your 2000 was not exactly memorable (at least in a good way. With every fiber of my being I wished good things for you and I am soooo happy that things have taken a turn for the better (not that I’m taking any credit or anything).

You will always be one of my favorite posters here (damn, I knew I should’ve bid higher at the auction!) and I hope you pop your head in here from time to time to say “hey.”

I will miss you, but my heart is filled with joy for your happiness. Continued smiles forever!!

Well, I noticed that you hadn’t been posting as much, but I just thought it was because of your new job.

I’ll miss you, darlin, but if you’re leaving because you’re happier, then that’s very cool. Your happiness is more important to me than you being around. If it is all right, I’ll send you an e-mail to check and see how you’re doing every once in a while.

I am glad you have found happiness. I kind of feel like we got past our little yucky stuff. I can honestly say that I am happy that you have found happiness. I know that many here (and those in chat, even though I don’t go there anymore) will truly miss you in your absence.

Please keep us updated to what you are up to and drop us a line, even if through a friend – they can post it here.

Take care of yourself and smile from ear to ear. With all the shit you have had to deal with recently I am glad you have bliss and contentment.

Thank you so much for that! I was really exhausted after last year, and I knew that this year couldn’t be much worse. (Although my mom still isn’t completely healthy. She could acutally die any minute (she has episodes where, if she doesn’t get food like right away she could die; the opposite of diabetes or something ::shrugs:: Like I know) but I’m kind of trying to cope with that. It’s scary as hell, but death is inevitable. I have to realize that.
