I proposed to my ex on Christmas. We exchanged gifts and a little later I told her she forgot to check the stocking. I bought these little palm sized stockings and had them hanging on the coffee table (I was living in Navy barracks ATT, so no fireplace). She insisted that there wasn’t anything in there, but finally checked. She was very suprised.
