Well, most recently, his dog(s) escaped his yard (which I’m really not sure how that could happen seeing as how he didn’t have them on a damn leash, and he had them loose in his front yard where there’s no fence!) and tore up another neighbor’s dog. Animal control was here for a few hours, there are major vet bills involved, and if my block ever gets on People’s Court I’ll give you all a head’s up to watch us! Most of us were home when it happened and all agreed to get animal control involved - the owner of the hurt dog rushed it to the emergency vet so she couldn’t. We took it upon ourselves. We all hate him equally! 
Lately, he’s gone Jesus freak on us. Signs in his yard and such - we try just to be very quiet whenever he’s out front. He’s also taken to putting his garbage out on Thursday or Friday. When garbage day is the following Wednesday. So we’ve had our share of racoons roaming around. Nature sure is grand!
