I always find it interesting to translate a name back to its original meaning. It gets even more interesting when you stack multiple names together.
My full name, when each element is translated (loosely) from its original language, means: the beloved fox-like one who lives near the water source.
Anyone else?
Name: Maverick Pace
Means: A stray cow or an independent thinker that is at peace.

There’s a good site here, though it does have a lot of ads. Gives translations and ethnic origins of a large number of names.
