So what'd you make for dinner tonight?

Thank you for that! I got a good laugh out of it. Last night, we had oven-baked all white-meat breaded and seasoned chicken tenders with our shredded, seasoned Idaho potatoes shaped into bite-size portions and baked.

I just have to mention that on labor day I made baby back ribs for the first time ever. I made my own dry rub too. They were delicious and now I’m wanting to try different dry rubs on some different cuts of meat.

Wish there were leftovers.

Hmmm. Dinner. What DID I make? Oh yeah - my husband ate a 1/2 of a can of Bush’s baked beans.

My son and I each heated up two Ball Park hotdogs that had been cooked on the grill Monday, and then made a big box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (now with more Cheese!!). Then you have to cut the hot dogs up in bite size pieces and put them in your bowl, and cover it with the macaroni and cheese. Then you eat it - with hot dog and macaroni on each bite. And drink a large glass of milk with it.

Then I ate ice cream. Andes Cool Mint flavor from Edy’s.
