Before the Masters, you couldn’t turn on the TV without seeing her face, whining to anyone who would listen about how Augusta National doesn’t have women members. Well, where is she now? The cameras are off, nobody cares, and she didn’t win. There is justice in that, methinks.
I’m sure she’ll be back next year, spouting the same bullshit, but it’s good to see that she got her ass handed to her. For now, apparently, the NCWO doesn’t even see it as an issue. Maybe they never did, it was just her personal crusade.
With any luck she won’t be back next year, and we can just watch golf without having to worry about some PC Nazi screwing things up.

Actually, think what you like about Hootie Johnson. He was responsible for maintaining the exclusivity of the club. He did it. She tried to leverage Augusta National and failed. She disappeared into the sunset. That is as big a defeat as I have ever seen. Therefore, she got her ass handed to her.
“PC Nazi” refers to her militant attempt to get women into Augusta National, with the purpose of breaking up the “boy’s club” that exists there.
