OH You know theres gonna be one. This is great stuff! Woman soldier ambushed in the front lines, her buddies cut up or captured. With 2 legs and an arm broken, She uses up all her ammo before getting captured herself. She is tortured and stripped in a hospital being used as command post, moved to another hospital where she was regularly interrogated and beaten by Fedayeen bullies. An Iraqi lawyer (see?! all the good lawyers are outside this country) named Mohammed takes pity on her and walks for miles to find the US marines and then risks his life and his families lives to get tactical information about the hospital and the Fedayeen in it. A daring nightime rescue by the Delta Force. Family in Palestine W Va (how ironic is that?!) overjoyed after not hearing from her in 9 days, and Jessica Lynch is all of 19!! You cant make this stuff up!
So who should play her? Meg Ryan is too old to play her (still hot tho) and Amanda Bynes is too young. What you guys think?
Yeah being ambushed, beaten and tortured does tend to age you a little but you gotta consider that in the beginning of the movie, they’ll be showing her fresh out of high school, going into the army doing the boot camp thing. They might go for the coming of age kinda stuff. You need a young face at the start.
oh well, maybe by the time all the movie research is done, Amanda Bynes would look old enuf.
