I liked the winner. He reminded me of Joshua a few seasons back.
And, the whole America’s favorite dancer thing…never was about who’s better. I mean, back in season two, Benji beat…Travis Wall, the choreographer now on the show.
Well, being a great choreographer is not neccessarily correlated with being a great dance. But your point is still correct.
I am just astonished that Russel never had formal dance training. I agree with much of the sentiment, Jakob, a fabuous technician, a wonderful dancer who still seemed to lack some connection. I may be criticized for saying this, but I think he suffers from not being as masculine as some of the other dancers.
For selling ridiculously expensive shoes, they sure have one clusterfuck of a website. Wow.
That sure was a live show! Wasn’t it kind of fun to see the mic problems with Cat?
Having four musical (or “musical,” as the case may be) was overbloated and only tangentially related to the show in the first place. I really didn’t get the idea, there.
I’m pretty pleased with the results. I agree that Jakob was the best dancer, but I was more emotionally invested in Russell and Kathryn. I think winning might be of more use to Russell than Jakob.
