Somebody collection Modern Quotations...

I found this in my email yesterday from somebody named “paljas”:

I am working on a new modern quotation book (in Dutch) and I translated one of your quotations I found on the Internet.
In order to make a comprehensive ‘Index of authors’ I need the following information:

1/ your year of birth
2/ your nationality
3/ your occupation

“Huh?” thought I. “Why would somebody want something I wrote and, for that matter, where’d it come from?” The it occurred to me, he addressed me as “Jeff Olsen” so if this person has been gathering quotes it was probably from the SDMB. So, has anyone else recived mail from this paljas person?

I’ve fowarded a copy of the mail to Tuba just in case.
