Someone give NTL a clue!

Here’s the relevant bits of the email I received after speaking to NTL’s customer service dept.

Someone just shoot them!

Uh, this seems pretty straightforward to me, if worded a bit oddly. They’ve mailed you a survey subsequent to your service request. Direct replies to the survey are the only thing they want here. If you have additional questions from about your initial service request, they want to make sure you don’t include them here, because the persons receiving the survey responses aren’t equipped to answer them.

That’s reading a lot into their email.
