Someone know what song is this?

How about this one?

Flo Rida - Low

Seriously, having “whoa” as the only lyric of a song you’re looking to identify would be like identifying a movie only knowing that a breast was exposed in it at one point. Myriad songs use some iteration of “whoa”, just as myriad movies show boobies. I don’t see how, other than by sheer luck, anyone could ID this song for you using the info you’ve provided.

OP provided his interpretation of the melody upthread.

Not a whoa but a woo
with some aah’s thrown in

You’re right, I missed that. In my defense however, he didn’t exactly provide much in the way of insightful clues. But knowing this now, I would have to at least alter my previous statement.

not found it yet. If you want a clue…

When I try to figure out the note.
I think It’s sounds like playing this using Virtual Piano on this site (exactly for each note)

uyyy yut
uyyy tyu

uyyy yut
uyyy tyu

uy uy
uuuy uy uy

It contain a word like “let’s go” or something like that before this wo oh oh part. But I think it’s not exactly ‘let’s go’

You’ve said that three times already.

Ray Stevens, Gitarzan

As PoppaSan suggested, it sounds like “Things Can Only Get Better” to me.

Montego Bay?

I assume you’re thinking of the Jon Stevens version.

New Zealand is such a long way away, it took from 1980 to make it here, by which time it was a bit knackered

“The Right Stuff” by New Kids on the Block:

“Whoa oh oh OH oh…”

Unfortunately, that doesn’t follow the contour of the melody that he tried to type up on the virtual piano in the thread earlier. Basically, the notes he has are:

EDDD DEC
EDDD CDE
EDDD DEC
EDDD CDE
ED ED
EEED ED ED
