Not much to go on. My wife and I remember hearing it on top 40 radio in the late 80’s or early 90’s. The most memorable part was soaring melody with a guy singing “Oh Wah” over and over again. (or maybe it was pure instrumental and it just sounded like “Oh Wah”?)

Was it a chorus singing it? Sounds almost like “Adiemus” from the group of the same name.

What’s the rhythm? Is it a quick tempo or slow? Can you describe the melody or its contour (up, down, the same?)
No, it’s not New Age-y or Enya-like. And I don’t think it was a chorus singing.
It’s more like stadium rock, the sort of thing they might play over the sound system at a football game. Very upbeat.
The melody I think is just two notes: Oh = low & Wah = high. But the rhythm varies:

Yeah, now that you mention it, I remember that ad. But I also remember the song from its initial run as a minor club hit.
My wife started all this two nights ago. She sang the oh-wah bit and asked me what it was. I instantly could hear the song in my head, but the other lyrics are so forgettable that I couldn’t remember anything else.
Even now, I don’t think I ever knew that it was called “Tarzan Boy” or that it performed by Baltimora(!?). I just knew the vocals.
