Why don’t Nato leaders advise their people the web addresses of Russian military and governmental institutions so that we can participate in denial of service attacks?
What would that accomplish? They’re not conducting business via the websites.
Anyone capable of launching any kind of cyberattack doesn’t need the government’s help in finding a target.
I think a manual DDoS attack would be effectively impossible. It needs to be automated.
