This is factually false. The FBI director did not report any felonies by HRC. This is public information that is extremely easy to find. From where did you get this false information that the FBI director reported that HRC committed felonies? You should re-evaluate your sources if they get such easy-to-obtain information wrong.
And while you (Clothahump) are at it, please explain exactly how you come to the conclusion that the FBI declined to prosecute these non-existent felonies simply “because she’s the ghodess Hillary”. In your tiny little mind, how does that even work?
The FBI declined to prosecute because there was nothing deemed prosecutable. Deal with it.
Please explain how the FBI issued a report detailing over 100 felonies committed, then declined to take it any further? They had the proof. It was VERY prosecutable and it should have been turned over to the U. S. Attorney. But it wasn’t and probably never will be.
I imagine this will really piss you off when we’re posting in the upcoming “Now that trump has been impeached” thread. You’ll still be whining about Hillary’s felony record or lack thereof.
In retrospect, I think it’s laudable that iiandyiiii is being civil and patient with the fucking imbecile. The information and facts he’s providing is useful for anyone else who might be reading along and is inclined to agree with C’hump, but isn’t so far gone that he/she is immune to evaluating actual facts & reason.
Clothahump is probably a fundamentally decent person, so I’m confident that if he just settles down, thinks about it reasonably, and tries to engage without any knee-jerk defensiveness or anger, he could be open to some new information.
That’s the most optimistic thing I’ve heard so far this year.
(and that includes Sammy saying that we are all going to be immortal frozen cyborgs who love chocolate ice cream.)
Sigh. From Comey’s report, highlighting and emphasis mine.
This ain’t rocket surgery. He very clearly lays out the fact that gross negligence occurred, which is a felony, and it occurred 110 times, each one of which is a separate offense.
In addition, there is evidence that Comey’s report was changed. The term “grossly negligent” was originally used and was changed by Peter Strzok (who was later fired) to “extremely careless”. If that original wording had been left intact, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
Funny how Clothahump leaves out Comey’s conclusion:
Nobody has ever been prosecuted for what Clinton did.
No reasonable prosecutor would bring charges.
Similar acts by other individuals would trigger administrative sanctions.
I think there is a small fringe of people out there who claim Clinton did absolutely nothing wrong. I think the record is also clear that these sorts of actions, if done by other person, would be subject to something along the lines of a slap on the wrist, to stronger administrative sanctions, in some cases leading to the clearance being revoked. But not convicted of a felony, as the historical record shows.
So Comey clearly did not say that Clinton was guilty of a felony – he said she shouldn’t even be charged with a crime.
Sooooo… if not for this Strzok guy changing two words, you’re saying that Hillary Clinton would be in Federal prison today? Shit, didn’t Comey proofread his speech before he gave it?
Of course the highlighting and emphasis are yours. Because, oddly enough, you left out stuff like: “that no charges are appropriate in this case”, and “Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”
Or that the Justice Department declined to pursue charges.
Funny how that works.
Now, don’t misunderstand me. Clinton absolutely fucked up her handling of classified information. She was lax in security measures, and never should have done it. Bad Hillary.
But the long leap from making a clear mistake to engaging criminal activity is one that only rabid anti-Hillary people make. Maybe there will be more information forthcoming, or maybe the Justice Department under Trump will prosecute now, but until those things happen, you’re coming off like the crazy old man on the corner yelling about the Illuminati.
