Something for Conservatives

Jeebus, not this again.

Cite, please; said citation should also mention what specific charge Mrs. Clinton was convicted of that made her a felon, and when and where the trial took place, since everyone except you seems to have missed this important news.

More lies. What happened to that honesty you touted on your school blog?
It was very specifically stated that it did not rise to the level of criminal intent.
Why would any prosecutor not charge a felony?

Bozo the Clown laughs at Clothahump.

Apparently it sailed over Clothahump’s head and hit him right in the small of the back.

I have no idea why this is about Clothahump all of a sudden.

I have a general problem with the article. Not Mike Rowe or his personal opinion, it’s just articles like these determine “who the winner is” by who talks last. This wasn’t even two people talking directly to each other.

Oh, good grief, not this stupidity from you people again.

Let’s try it one more time, although I know I’ll probably get the same ration of shit that I did earlier: A felon is one who commits a felony. There’s nothing in that definition about arrest, trial, conviction or anything else. It’s simply the act of committing the felony that makes one a felon.

The FBI report showed that Clinton committed over 100 felonies with her email server. Deal with it.

Listen up. We don’t give a flying fruitbat about Clinton. I don’t think many, if any, or us care if they lock her up or not. We supported her because the other candidate was dumber than a truckload of Clothahumps.

So, go ahead, lock her up.

This is false; the FBI report did not show this. I’ve been working with classified information for the military for almost 20 years, both as active duty and civilian military, and that type of mishandling (which is incredibly common) is not prosecuted unless it’s done in order to profit (i.e. selling classified information) or for treason (i.e. giving to our enemies). If it’s just done out of carelessness or negligence, individuals are disciplined and retrained, and if it continues, demoted to non-classified positions or fired. But not prosecuted.

By definition, it’s still a felony. She should have been prosecuted. But she got a pass and I doubt anything will ever be done, and she’ll get away with it because she’s the ghodess Hillary.

iiandyiiii says it’s “incredibly common”.
What’s your explanation for why the others weren’t charged? Some sort of time travel “Hilary-effect”? Or is it possible it’s not the big deal you’re making it out to be?
If Trump had done this, would you be demanding his prosecution?

By definition, you’re a fucking imbecile.

No, it’s not a felony by definition. This is false. She didn’t commit a felony. Some guy saying it on the internet doesn’t make it true.

How many times have we had this conversation with C’hump? I admire your commitment but I think it’s time to consider cutting your losses. Trying to reason with him is like trying to reason with a bollard.

I’d rather reason with the bollard. It would be far more productive.

If? What about that little thing about personally passing classified info to some Russians?

[Clothy] Wasn’t e-mail! Fake News! Commies are our friends! Clinton did something![/Clothy]

When a Republican president does it…

Tell me, sabonim, how much experience do you have with the handling of classified information?

Sigh. It’s not “some guy”. It was the director of the FBI in his report.

Quote it, then.
Then explain why he didn’t recommend charges. Is it really that common for a clear felony to be not charged?
Then explain why he said that it didn’t rise to a criminal level.
