CNN has interviewed the people who know him back then. They stop short of calling him “full of shit”, but that certainly seemed to be the consensus.
I don’t think he’s suppressing anger. I don’t think there’s any anger there. The press is looking for corroboration for his claims of violent behavior and not finding anything.

I saw that too. It could be that CNN found people who didn’t really know him and just wanted to be on the news. But it is strange. With as many weapons he said that he would go after people with, there should be some people with corroborating stories.

One thing I have noticed about him is that he has a problem with the truth. Politifact rates only 18% of his (17 checked) statements as Half True - the rest are Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire.
None were True or Mostly True.
Being poor with your facts isn’t a sign of dishonesty. It’s a sign that he gets a lot of bad information from right-wing sources and repeats them. He sounds like your conspiracy theorist friend who keeps on sending you email links.
As for his past, CNN is digging a lot deeper than they did for Obama’s biography, which involved quite a few fabrications, but coming up with pretty much nothing. Them trying to portray the lack of verification of childhood memory stories as a sign that he made them up is just lame.
Now, he’s even admitting he used false names for these victims. Will he possibly survive this or will the Donald seize the opportunity and label him as a liar?
Carson will get through this just fine. The real issue is Mannatech.

Obama actually made up a good portion of his own biography:
“Names have been changed to protect the innocent” is a far lesser crime than just making stuff up, as Obama did.
You’re quite certain Carson didn’t just make stuff up then? I mean let’s be honest, he seems like a bit of a nutjob.
