I have no idea what GRE is, but the analogy is “The small good about people or organizations is not outweighed by the large bad they do”. The scale is different between Hitler and PETA, but you haven’t even begun to address the actual point of the analogy. Try again.

What a dork. What a bizarre choice saying the GRE instead of something like the SAT. (btw its the standardized exam you take to get into graduate school thats not a specialized school like medicine law or business) Its like a really goofy attempt at being pretentious and esoteric. okay okay esoteric is the wrong word I was just commenting on thinking its funny how “straight dope” the reference was. I reallly don’t want to nitpick over this one.
