How did Henry Jones Sr. die? Didn’t he drink from the Holy Grail in part 3?

Second, he died because the immortality came at a price. It only worked until you crossed the seal in the temple. That’s why the two brothers who left the temple a few hundred years afterwards ended up dying and why taking the Grail past that point caused the temple to crumble.
