Here’s “Frolic,” from the YouTube channel of the composer, an Italian film composer named Luciano Michelini:

According to this page, it was apparently originally written for a 1974 Italian movie, La bellissima estate.

Here’s the theme to Heaven Can Wait, by Dave Grusin, from four years later. Not dissimilar, but not the same song.
