Song ID help - "Bad Communication"

I’ve seen some pretty amazing song IDs done around here in double quick time, so I’m hoping someone will know this song. It was played at a swing dance evening that I attended, and the chorus goes “Bad… communication”. I think a telegraph or a telephone is mentioned at some point. I realise this isn’t much to go on, but I really liked this song, so if anyone knows it, I will be eternally grateful and pay you in karmic cookies. I wasn’t able to use Shazam to identify the song before it ended, for which I’m kicking myself.

It’s not “Bad Communication” by Sufjan Stevens - hard to imagine anyone dancing to that - and neither is it “Bad Communication” by B’z. If I had to hazard a guess, I’d say my song dates from around the 50s or 60s, but that could be way, way out.

However, the mistake I made is that I misheard “That’s Communication” as “Bad Communication”. Oh well. It’s hard to listen to song lyrics when dancing your heart out, and that’s my excuse.
