I was wrong about “Red Rubber Ball”. The song I was thinking of - that Paul McCartney wrote - was “A World Without Love” (“please lock me away, and don’t allow the day/here inside/where I hide/with my loneliness, I don’t care what they say I won’t stay in a world without love”). This song I cannot stand, either.

My vote for most horrible-that damn “Pina Colada” song that was popular in the late 70’s-whoever was responsible for that horror should be hung, drwan, and quartered!
Our English teacher was playing this song “Oh What a Beautiful Day” or something, from the musical Oklahoma…while we were taking our test…and yes, it pretty much sucked.

cheese-grater and sprayed with Tabasco sauce for
“What’s New Pussycat?”
I hate the song “Who let the dogs out” It totally sucks and is very annoying:)
