I’m going to go for miscast, in the sense they should have cast someone who can do a proper American accent. I think he’s a pretty good actor when he speaks in his native accent as he does in Green Street Hooligans.
Thanks guys.

Why was the Charming Chapter of SOA so small? Gangs always need a reasonable number of committed patched members to be strong. Too few and it falls apart.
On that subject there should have been many more prospects, wannabes, and hangers-on circulating in the background.
SOA were bikers. Its not just an outlaw thing - these guys love and enjoy motorcycles. Yet they almost never admired each others bikes which just wouldn’t happen in a real bikers group. Admiring or dissing bikes is core behaviour.
Furthermore motorcycles are powerful and addictive. People who ride them, head out for a favourite stretch of road to test themselves and each other on a whim. Its glorious fun and I’d have thought made for television. Three minutes every now and then would have made sense.
Even when SOA were apparently riding fast - they weren’t.
Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the series and understand the suspension of disbelief. Just curious why a few simple things were overlooked.
