I tolerated the first couple of seasons of this show, but Will’s constant mistreatment of basically everyone he had any authority over got to be too mcuh. At the time, I figured he was just a regular garden-variety jerk, and possibly playing it up for TV. Guess not.
Yeah, me too. I can’t enjoy a show when I constantly want to punch a major character.

Jackmannii:
If you’re referring to Casey Rayborn-Hicks (the name listed in the excerpt quoted in the OP), she’s the spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, not the alleged victim.
Good example of a poorly written news story.
Thanks, that was kind of you. :smack:
I really hope the charges prove to be false for the little girl’s sake. I don’t care about Will Hayden. But it would be great to hear that the 12-year old was not sexually assaulted.
His eldest daughter is now coming out about getting abused as a child.
What’s odd is she’s been working side by side with her dad all these years. Never any indication anything was wrong. Hayden is finished. He’ll never get out of prison.
Now Hayden’s oldest daughter is singing a different tune. Ford will reportedly meet with investigators in Baton Rouge, La., next week to provide details of the alleged abuse she suffered as a child.
Her husband, Kris Ford, also recently took to his Facebook page to address the situation — sharing a poem that has since been taken down from his page, TMZ reports.
“You fooled with my wife when she was young. Sucking and groping, do you remember what was done?" he apparently wrote.

Redneck poetry at it’s finest!
