I can’t believe that they got away with Jimmy using the “C” word*. Very well done and in context, but, wow.

So the non comformists are really conforming in their non comformity. What an original observation.
The Hooters parody is somewhat disturbing. Actually, that’s the whole episode. It’s been more disturbing/annoying than really funny.
I thought the Raisins thing was at least original (but I’m surprised no creepy older men seemed to be eating there). The stereotype of goths was shooting fish in a barrel, though, and the lesson was one you’d expect on Saved by the Bell.
Hmm… that’s funny, I found it to be one of the best South Parks ever. I guess I just have a different sense of humor than most of you guys.
This didn’t disturb me at all. Scott Tenorman Must Die did however. Yet it seems to be a lot of poster’s ‘guilty pleasure’ in the Straight Dope community. I guess I don’t care about, or object to, the same things of a lot of you. I know some of don’t object to most South Park’s but just think it’s stupid. The same thing applies. I don’t seem to care as much, (or even see it as nothing more than the ‘style’), about what you find ‘stupid’. I understand why you do, but I just don’t look at it the same.
The end was CLASSIC!
“Right here buddy!”
I just want to say, I like certain shows for the same reasons why a few of you who don’t like South Park, but that’s just because I find it to be a very separate cartoon universe.
The Raisins had Camel Toes. Way too much detail. Beyond that, great episode. “I’d rather be a little crying pussy than a…”. Had a good laugh about that one.
I thought the little hair-flipping goth was amusing. They got the motion of the flip just perfect.
“Do you want me to tell you a fantastic joke?”
That kid cracks me up!
That kid annoys the hell out of me. I did like his “Cont…” schtick, but I (and probably everyone else in world) knew how he was going to blow it as soon as Stan told him what to say. Still, I liked the gag; but generally he’s just annoying.
Not a guilty pleasure at all. I’ll openly say that that’s one of my favourite episodes. (Also up there is “Don’t f*ck with Wendy Testerberger!”)
AHHHH!!! I didn’t notice that, and I’m glad.
I noticed it and was completely scarred by the experience.
I don’t know what’s more disturbing, the fact that the Raisin’s had camel toe’s or the fact that some people noticed it. I, for one, didn’t.
I noticed and was going to give the show a round of applause, but… couldn’t.
“Right here, buddy.”
BCS stands for (illegitimate child) + (crowing rooster) + (Tootsie Pops)
Camel toes?
You know, when the pants are pulled up tight, and a little camel toe shoes up in the crotch of the pants marking the outline of the goodies?
It just seemed like they had tight pants. I didn’t really notice anything like that, but I didn’t really pay that much attention. I’ll watch when they re-air it.
I thought you were required to have an indentation in the middle for it to be camel toe?
I can’t believe I just asked about that!?
That was probably the best of this second half of Season 7 (Krazy Kripples and the Ben Affleck episode are better IMHO).
Making fun of goths is eternally funny. I especially liked how “Raven” (Stan) had a new voice once he joined up w/ the “non-conformists”.
Not quite enough Cartman in this ep, but the scenes with Jimmy are always funny, despite what some of you are saying here. (I think the “Cripple Fight” scene that mirrored that movie w/ Rowdy Roddy Piper was/is a laugh riot, so that’s my sense of humor - tasteless).
OH, and I almost forgot how great it was to hear the music of Cinderella and Air Supply involved.
By the way, I think VH1 had a special that aired about “camel toe” and how it’s a new trend. Well, I guess there could be worse trends.
Also,

Butters: “Yeah, well at least we have a–holes!! Stupid girls…”
