I have just started watching this series, having acquired the entire set of episodes.
Believe me when I say, it will not ruin the fun for me to know this stuff now.
I am asking for spoilers.
What is the big secret about the chigs? Hopefully this was divulged before the show was cancelled, dammit.
IIRC (and I haven’t watched this show since it first ran), the Chigs believe that the origin of life on their planet was microscopic bacteria transported from Earth as the by-product of a meteor strike billions of years ago.
As a result, they’ve decided that Earth is their homeworld and they’re entitled to have it.
Same as you - not seen it in a long time but can’t remember this in it.
