Victor Flores was arrested this week for spanking a horse.
No need to go to Urban Dictionary to look up what act spanking the horse is slang for. Flores literally did spank a horse. This was a horse being ridden by a New York City police officer in Times Square and Flores decided to walk up and slap the horse on the ass.
Alcohol, needless to say, was involved. And cocaine. The cocaine being inside Flores’ pocket and the alcohol being inside Flores.
