Snerk. If you’re into that sort of thing.
I have a Sonicare. My dentist recommended it specifically as well. My gums were in really bad shape - the dentist referred me for some really scary sounding gum surgery. Instead, I got a Sonicare, quit smoking and flossed religiously every night. My problems were completely gone in a year.
It makes your teeth feel really really clean :D.
That + cheaper than surgery = big bargain.
Well of course she doesn’t.
Which model number? Does it matter? Are there any features that you can’t live without and are glad you didn’t get an earlier less-featured version?
Well put! What **amarinth **said.
Does anyone have a sanitizer?
FlexCare vs. Essence?
5300 series vs. 5500 series?
Vitality vs. Pulsonic?
Amazon reviews mention issues with collar design, where the head attachment junction collects spit etc. on some models.
I’ve owned both the Oral-B and the Sonicare: the Sonicare is better, hands down. My dental checkups improved dramatically when I started using the Sonicare. With the Oral-B, there was much more plaque that the hygienist needed to scrape off. Also, the pockets between my teeth and gums improved. I used to have quite a few 4 mm and a couple of 5 mm’s thrown in. Now with the Sonicare, the numbers are all 2’s and 3’s, except for 2 or 3 4’s.
