Speaking of Cheddar Powder....what should I do with this real cheese powder?

Hoosier Hill Farms White Cheddar Powder, to sprinkle on popcorn. We have the yellow cheddar powder and mistakenly ordered the white, a huge jug, and it’s ok on popcorn. The yellow seems to be better… But there’s so much! what else can we do with it?

White Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix.

1/4 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of milk
2 Tbsp of Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder

Mix all ingredients together.

Heat to 180F and hold 5 minutes."

I should have added that allot of those seem like things i would love to try. Cheddar biscuits, cheese sauce for broccoli or asparagus, a cheesy noodle cassarole.

Oh, thank you, didn’t look on the website yet. We just had a death here, I’m cleaning out the pantry, wondered wth??? I think it would make a nice cheese sauce. I mixed some with the yellow cheddar powder, and I have enough for popcorn for a year!
