Oooh, me too. Here’s my favorite recipe:
I especially like the fact that it’s for vegans, because I keep kosher and most pea soup recipes contain ham. This way, I can include all the ingredients without having to substitute, and because of all the rich vegetables, it’s thick and hearty.
Today’s a Jewish fast day, so I’m pining at the moment.
