Boomer 1 figured out she was a Cylon near the end of the Season, and even tried to kill herself(by putting her gun in her mouth). She flinched at the last moment and shot through her cheek instead of her head.

I saw Boomer 1 attempt suicide after talking to the good Doctor, and she and when Helo and Starbuck get back than everyone will know. Presumably they’ll take back Boomer 2 carrying the cylon/human hybrid and won’t that be fun.
