BTW – the Boston Museum of Science used to sell a drink called Orbitz. Posibly they still do. It’s like Grass Jelly, except:

  1. The taste isn’t so gross
  2. The gelatinous bits in Orbitz have neutral density, so they don’t pile up on the bottom
  3. Orbitz doesn’t look anywhere near as disgusting as Grass Jelly.

I tried some grass jelly drink once about 10 years ago. I guess the polite thing to say about it was that I must have been missing the point.
