It even has a wacky window on the side. Most folks with computer windows tend to fill their boxes with expensive neon lights and multicolored fans.
Not me! I’m CHEAP! Would anyone care to suggest some low cost alternatives to making my computer more interesting?
Ground Rules:
a) Not too big, I don’t want to restrict airflow (I bought the case to keep the CPU cool and its doing a damned good job right now)
b) Not expensive. I spent my last few pennies on the damned case.
c) Not permanent. In a year or two I’ll probably end up selling the computer and I’d like make sure I can reverse the changes.
d) Low effort! I’m extremely lazy… extremely. If you suggest something that takes more than 20 minutes I can guarantee that you’ll be promptly ignored
So far friends have suggested:
-Hamster wheel. I have no idea where I’d mount the wheel. I’d probably need to replace the hamster every few days (pet store might get suspicious).
-Action figure war… which I think is plausible, but it only scores a 3/5 on my cool scale… although GI Joe jungle warfare would fit in with the green motif I have going!
Hey, NICE PC, I dig the multimonitor setup… I bet you can get a tan without going outside
All the tubes and such look kinda evil though
What sort of CPU cooler is that? Volcano 9? Is it loud?
Oh and a Rogers Canada account? You from Toronto as well? I’m in Scarborough.
Dude loosen up This isn’t a General Questions post.
I was just hoping for some fun responses and maybe some good ideas. Everything doesn’t have to be so damned practical Right now the best idea I have is the GI Joes fighting it out inside my computer.
GI Joes == semi-cheap, quick/easy, don’t block airflow, and most of all memorable.
I was hoping some creative types would trump the idea
