Well I saw The Bourne Identity at an employee preview, day after I saw Bad Company and saw the trailer for the next James Bond movie and was immensely pleased with it, only to find myself wondering how much of the spy lifestyle, the secret drops, the losing tails, the mad nights of passion to get information, and such.
And I found myself wondering how much of this was just romanticized by movie makers? I assume they couldn’t locate ex-spies and ask “Excuse me sir, did you ever sleep with anyone while seeking information for national security?” Or perhaps “Ma`am, would you mind telling us how many international men of mystery you have had one night stands with to get a hand in their pockets and plant a bug?”
I mean seriously, this has to be a lot of fiction dreamed up by book writers and movie makers… right?
