I know there’s been threads about this before, but I can’t find them!

My office mate looks at porn in the evenings on this computer and has filled it with really annoying Spyware. I can’t get rid of it. Anyone have any ideas?

http://www.lavasoft.nu/ - Adaware is a very good option. Be sure to get the updated definition file after you install it; there’s a button that says “Check for updates”, I think.

Spybot is another, security.kolla.de. Ditto on the updates.

Spyware Blaster helps also in not allowing indentified spyware from being installed at the get-go. I like it. Link
