ST2: The Wrath of Khan on the big screen

So I was watching a video on the Eugenics movement from about 1900-1940…and I realized we never see in any form of Trek, the potential horror of people like Khan ruling over a quarter of the world.

And then I thought…I’ve never seen in any of our deconstruction/plot hole threads of “Space Seed” mention: “The FACE of the eugenics wars, Khan Noonien Singh, leaves with a normie human woman???”

Sure he says, “a superior woman.” but really? And Kirk just lets her go???

I’m pretty sure that what really happened is as soon as they beamed down Khan et al used her for experimental purposes, including sticking a slug in her ear.

Btw…I just read this, "Roddenberry: Remember when the eel came out of Chekov’s ear? What did Kirk do? He had a look of disgust on his face and grabbed his phaser and went ‘zap’. Now, how dare he destroy a lifeform that had never been seen before. It needs studying. They had [Kirk] act like a old woman trampling on a tarantula. Now that’s not the Kirk we built up for three years ".

Gene this is why you need to stay out of the way. Thats exactly the Kirk we saw. Thats the Kirk who wanted to kill the Horta. And while its usually McCoy zapping the Salt Monster or Mugatu…I have no doubt if their roles were switched, Kirk would have fired too.

Same poor Indian fell off his horse and almost got stepped on almost every time they fought Indians.

Is she had stayed onboard, she would have faced charges for mutiny. Kirk let her off.

Probably shot by the same pioneer woman firing a rifle blindly into the air 500 yards away.

With her eyes closed.

For the good ship Ragamuffin, she’s waiting at the quay, for to take oul Pat with a shovel on his back to the shores of Botany Bay.
