Our baby girl was born on October 16 … she’s our first child and we are so in love with her!!!
I had to be induced 5 weeks before her due date - doctors were afraid I was developing toxemia. Because she was so small (5 pounds) and early, she had to be in the Intensive Care Nursery for 2 1/2 weeks … the longest 16 days of my life!
But she’s happy and healthy and came home a few days ago. So now we are very busy trying to figure out this little person.
Her name is Sophia Marie … and if I knew how to post a picture I would … she is of course the most beautiful, brilliant, amazing little baby in the world!!!
Ivygirl was five pounds five ounces, born on her due date. She’s doing fine, so don’t fret about the weight.
Congrats, and I bet if you look closely at her little finger you’ll see she’s got Daddy wrapped around it. Has he started building the dungeon yet? Stocking up on guns? Buying sharks to swim in the moat?
