Star Trek: TNG question (open spoilers)

So they’re playing the 1994 episodes in chronological order on G4 for the past several days, and I see that the Worf/Troi romance is being explored in that year. However, IMDB says there are only a couple of more episodes to go until the end of the series. That doesn’t leave them much time to get down to business, so to speak.

My watching of the series in its original run got very spotty towards the end because we were moving across state and I missed a lot. I always assumed there were a few hot ‘n’ heavy episodes that were in that year that I missed. However, it doesn’t look like it now.

So did they ever do it or not?

According to Wiki:

*While travelling between parallel universes, in TNG episode “Parallels”, Worf learns that he and Deanna Troi had become close after his spinal injury, and eventually married. Upon returning to the real universe, Worf and Troi eventually do become romantically involved.

Worf and Troi end their relationship following the destruction of the Enterprise-D at Veridian III and Worf’s reassignment to Deep Space Nine. *

Worf is quite the dog… the character got to do another romance with a female lead on Deep Space Nine.

Not to mention nailing K’Ehleyr, who was smoking hot, even for a bumpy-headed alien! (Well, half-alien.)

It’s been a while since I indulged in season 7, but IIRC, the Worf/Troi thing was more suggested than shown flat out. I believe the only time we even saw them kiss (in “our” reality, anyway) was right at the beginning of “All Good Things …” and I’m pretty sure they got interrupted by Jean-Luc “Shortie Bathrobe” Picard then.

Great scene where she gives him a back rub and he slowly realizes that things aren’t quite as platonic in that universe.

“Counselor! I do not believe this is appropriate behavior!”
“Whatever you say, ‘Lieutenant!’” ::kisses him::

That’s ringing a bell. I don’t believe I saw the episode, but I’m sure I heard/read someone discussing the scene you mention. There was something about Picard advising against what they had in mind, the spoilsport.

Well, I’m tivo’ing these episodes, so I’ll get the chance to see for myself in a few days.
