I have to disagree on the nuances here. Clothing and other accessories don’t modify Charisma, which is really Coolness; the Wearing Metal Bikini knack gives a bonus to Looks. (This is balanced by Leia’s messed-up Relationship With Parents stat.)
Okay, total hijack, but this just floored me: I went to IMDb to verify that the same actor played Admiral Piett in both TESB and ROTJ, and indeed he (Kenneth Colley) did. And right before his role in TESB, there’s this:
