Star Wreck is apparently a homemade European Star Trek parody with English subtitles made over the course of 6 years.
I managed to see about half of the trailer, but I imagine the website is overloaded now.
It looks pretty damn good. Plenty of good space battle effects.

Star Wreck: The Generation Gap
This novelization is a gas, Daddy-o. 
It is worth watching for the price 
The special effects were pretty good. A few things were mis-translated so that in itself was pretty funny. The plot and dialogue… well… It is suppose to be a parody.
I would say download it! That is the closest thing to star trek we will see since Enterprise is off the air.
