Last night I rented Stark Raving Mad, a film by SDMB’s own anamorphic. I saw it at a screening in Santa Monica a couple of years ago, and have been anxiously awaiting its release. What a surprise to find it at a fuel/market/video store here in rural Washington!
I really liked it. The music fit well, the acting was good, and there were some great lines. (I still say “He’s an ass… neck!” occasionally.)
What was the budget? What cameras were used?

The budget was around $5 million. We used a Panavision Millennium, although, we did not shoot anamorphic, my screenname notwithstanding.

Anamorphic: I didn’t have a chance to watch the extras. It was late, so I turned in after watching it. Did some kayaking yesterday, and watched a couple of other films last night. For an unemployed guy, I sure seem to not have a lot of time! I’ll have to buy a copy.
