From tvguide.com: American Idol 8-9 on Fox, but from 9-10:30 Fox will have SOTU. CBS and NBC will have SOTU 9-11, and ABC entitled its block SOTU and the Democratic Response. The response, by the way, will be delivered by Sen. Jim Webb (D-VA), Class of 2006.
