I have the Majestic 2 Collection as freebie but it won’t run on my integrated graphics anyway, so if someone has a cool game that might run on a high end laptop or something else you want to trade I’m up for it.

Civ 5 GOTY edition is $11 on amazon. It’s a daily deal and I’m not sure when their daily deals reset, so I don’t know how long you have.
Since it’s a steamwork games they’ll just give you a code to enter on steam.

If you’re gonna give civ 5 there, you might as well get the 2k strategy pack. For 4 extra bucks (as of current pricing) you get Civ 4 complete and the Stronghold games too.

The COH games are IMO the best RTS games ever. The whole pack for $10 is worth it, but if you want to save some money get COH Gold (original + opposing fronts) for $6. That gets you most of the good stuff.
FWIW, I’m glad I bought L4D and Left 4 Dead 2 last year, they were only $5. Now they are going for $10.
They’ll be $5 again at some point in the sale.
If anyone hasn’t tried Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 you can’t beat $2.49 for each. I bought them used for the xbox 360 and already have them on that platform, but those are amazing games.

I’ve spent a ton of time with Plants vs. Zombies. Pretty simple, but amazingly addictive and lots of fun. Extremely worth it at this price.
Thinking about Skyrim but Oblivion didn’t exactly enrapture me so I’m still hesitant at the $40 price point. Is it much the same in basic gameplay except with better graphics or is it really something grand and wonderful?
If nothing else, I’m willing to bet it’ll be included in the last day sale round-up.
Skyrim is something grand and wonderful. It’s not perfect, but the honeymoon period before those imperfections started to bother me was about 100 hours of play.
