It’s odd, I can recall many times seeing pictures of Bannon and noticing that he was wearing two or more layers of collared shirts, as he is in that photo. Maybe a symptom of OCD? Googling “Steve Bannon shirts” shows that a hell of a lot of other people have noticed this too, and gone to the trouble of writing about it.
Can you double up on orange jump suits?

Reminds me of when Randolph Churchill had some kind of growth surgically removed from his body, and the doctors tested it and announced that it was not malignant. Someone (Evelyn Waugh?) wrote, “Leave it to modern medicine to find the one part of Randolph Churchill that isn’t malignant, and remove it.”
Kind of a preppy thing. It was in the handbook. Full kit is turtle or mock neck, polo shirt, button down shirt, jacket or sweater for winter. Crew neck tee first layer for summer. All collars up.
Mr Bannon has ruined the look.
