Tom Scud joked last night that Mumia Abu Jamal would be on the list. But seriously. I wish there were a way to make this a betting pool - Tom’s reasoning was that he would get awesome odds on Abu Jamal.
IANAL, but I think Abu Jamal was convicted of a state crime, and thus is ineligible for a pardon.
There were reports on the news suggesting Lil Wayne which just seems weird more than anything.
Hmmm could he pardon the Unabomber?
Kyle Rittenhouse is likely on pins and needles.
If you give him money, or if he owes you money, you are on the list.
The rumour is that the going rate is $2million if you want Giuliani to help with that.
And you gotta believe he’s telling trump he’s charging $1 mill and pocketing the other half if he can get it.
Has he been charged federally?
I wonder if Fred Davis Clark, Jr. is one of the guys who ponied up $2mill? Sounds like, with a $300 mill haul from his Ponzi scheme he could afford it.
For the trump supporter who got swindled by Clark and is shocked, shocked I tell you, that trump is commuting Clark’s sentence, all I can offer in the way of sympathy is the sad trumpet sound…WAH whaa
If this moron is just now having an epiphany that Trump is dishonest, it’s hardly a surprise that he was swindled out of his life savings by Clark. I’d love to sell him my bridge - but of course he couldn’t afford it now.

No, he hasn’t, and your point is on point.
I believe you are correct, but it was a joke in any case.
I’m wondering if Trump might pardon Sirhan Sirhan.
I’m about 85% confident that Edward Snowden will be on the list.
I’ll take that bet. I think he will try to put rapper Lil’ Kim on the list, but will mistakenly give Kim Jong-Un a pardon instead.
I think he does have a weird idea that all celebrities should be above the law.
I think it’s just that Trump loves public attention and he gets more of it by pardoning celebrities.
I can’t find out which of his charges are federal vs state. The president can pardon federal crimes, but the governor of the state where the crimes occurred can pardon state crimes. I don’t think he’d get a state pardon anytime soon, but even if he got a federal pardon he would still face serious jail time.
I’ve heard rumors that the Tiger King, aka Joe Exotic, will be pardoned.
I’ve heard these rumors, but they are from Joe himself (via spokesperson)…who knows.
Is there a reason we don’t know any of the pardons yet? Are they kept sealed…? When will we know?
