What does the “3:16” after Stone Cold’s name mean?

The only 3:16 I know is: For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

He was fighting a ‘bible-thumping’ wrestler that always spouted proverbs like john 3:16, etc…
He beat him and gave a speech, something like “you talk about your psalms, you talk about your John 3:16, well Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ass!”
