So I am on a quest to find a pair of scrubs, but I haven’t been able to find any. I have tried all the medical supply stores in my area (that I know of) and none have carried them – they all seem to only carry, you know, medical supplies. Any one know of a more traditional store chain that sells them? I’m in the Arlington/Ft. Worth, not so much Dallas, area if anyone knows a specific store.
There should be a uniform supply store near the hospital. If not, you can always try online. Here’s a link for low price scrubs, and this place has been in business quite a while.
If you want them in hawaiian (sp?) shirt material try www.alohaland.com

What? Prince reforming the Revolution?
WalMart sells scrubs, Target has a few (in Central CA)…
Nursesstation.com has always treated me right and some of their discount stuff is really great.
Try Uniform shops in the Yellow pages and call first.

HeartOfGold, there is a store in the Grapevine Mills mall that specializes in selling scrubs. I haven’t been to that mall in a couple of months, but I’ll bet the scrubs store is still there.
My mother got some at Burlington Coat Factory. I don’t know if there are any Burlington Coat Factories near you.
I saw some being sold at Walgreens when I was in there last.
And Wal-Mart was already mentioned.
Or, you could call and ask the nurses at a doctors office.
I asked my peds nurses once and I think they get theirs out of a catalog mostly though.
Depending on what you are looking for I might have some shirts my mother in law would be willing to part with. She had to have them about a month ago for a new job and now they are going to a more uniform look. As in she went out and got pastels and patterns and now they want solid colors.
Good luck!
Lots of clothing and department stores around here sell scrubs, and there are a half-dozen stores that sell ONLY scrubs. It may be because this is the hometown of Mayo Clinic. I never thought that’s unusual.
BTW, this ancient thread got resurrected earlier today by an advertiser (someone gave a link to a store that sells scrubs), which I reported, and their post got cornfielded. Despite that, the thread is still showing up as being “current,” as it got bumped by the spammer.
Thus ends HeartofGolds 18 year quest for scrubs.
To be fair, the OP did not state that they need the answer fast.
