I believe you can study various subjects at University in Germany even if you are not a native speaker. I have read (but cannot seem to find out where ) that university courses are available in the english language. Does anyone have any ideas which universitys offer these courses and if The History of Art is available? (obviously I have done various searches on the web already!)
